It is time now to for our Positive Intentions Candle Lighting Meditation. Now that we have released our anger and fears, let us take a few moments to turn on all the lights in our sacred space. Think of your anger and say aloud: “I release this anger now. Return the crystal to your Third Eye and breathe in the color Violet. Now think of all the things you feel angry about. Breathe in the color Violet and say aloud: “I release this fear now. No matter what the fear, you are releasing it today.Īs you think of your fear, place your crystal over your Third Eye chakra - which is the space between your eyebrows. It may be a fear of failure, a fear of heights, a fear of change, a fear of death or a fear from guilt. Think of a fear that you would like to release. Your crystal symbolizes the peace and purity of Winter, and it has been said that crystals are a mirror of our soul. Turn off all the lights in your sacred space so you are in complete darkness. To be healthy and whole, we should determine what needs to be changed and release them, so that we may increase our Light and achieve inner peace. But we cannot enjoy the Light without examining our shadows.
And each one of those Shadow or Light-filled emotions and experiences makes up our whole and authentic selves. I am secure with Red.”Įach of us is composed of both Light and Shadow. See that cord going down, down, down into the floor….and into the ground….deeper and deeper…until you see that the cord is connected to a giant, clear Quartz Crystal in the middle of the earth. Imagine there is a long Red cord attached to your Root Chakra. Now move your crystal to your Root Chakra, which is located at the base of your spine.
